Code of ethics and whistleblowing

The Adamant Group has an ethical code and whistleblowing policy, reviewed at board level. In the case of the main Italian entities, this is formalised via independent compliance audits according to the Italian Decree 231.
This policy is applied on a voluntary basis to other entities of the Group.
All personnel receive regular training and updates on these issues.
