Alastair Fraser, a UK PhD graduate with an MBA from Bocconi, has been a pioneer in biofuels since the 1990s. He has held senior management roles in the chemicals, fertiliser, and biofuels industries, including CEO and European Director positions.

Roberto Garlaschi, an Engineering graduate from Milan’s Politecnico, joined as COO in 2024. With extensive executive experience, he has optimised business strategies as Managing Director at Samox and Director at Sipcam-Oxon.
